Resistance Bands

As a stay-at-home mom with two little kids, I don’t get big chunks of time to work out, so I needed something simple I could squeeze in during the day. These have actually fit into my routine really well. They’re light, easy to pick up, and I can use them in the living room while the kids play. After a couple of weeks, I’ve been feeling more awake and less drained. It’s been nice having a way to stay active without making things harder on myself.

I was skeptical at first but these actually feel like a battle rope. I will say if you haven't worked with a battle rope you may not get the concept of the technique with this. However, if you are short of space and want that battle rope feel or want to take it traveling with you these are prefect. The weight at the end of the spring cause good resistance and you better hold on to them and use the wrist straps. Quality feels night and durable. Color options not great, but it's a workout not a fashion show. I would recommend these to any small home gym setup.

My home gym is now complete! This really works out your shoulders and back and gives that extra for cardio day. I highly recommend it! They are the perfect size and easy to store. The weight is perfect and they are made well and you can’t beat the price.

Okay honestly, as a woman that works out 4-5 days a week (although I definitely have a weak upper body) these things actually give me a good burn that starts within seconds of using these…I don’t know if they’re as effective as actual ropes, but they are most definitely doing something for me. I like how easy they are to store. They are super sturdy and feel very durable. They’re extremely self explanatory and easy to use. Something I never really thought I’d have, but now I do—and in a much more convenient form.
